All authors/presenters and delegates participating in IEEE IHTC 2021 will complete online registration individually.

All fees are presented in USD. Registration fees include online access to all sessions in the Scientific Program, Plenary presentations, and Workshops.
IEEE Members should input their IEEE Membership Number during registration, which will be verified during the online registration process.
* Author/Presenter Fee
Please note that it is a requirement for the nominated author/presenter in the Scientific Program to complete registration at the author/presenter fee. Each author/presenter will present one paper in the program.
Each paper should have one author registered at the Author/Presenter fee and the paper reference number and paper title should be included within the online registration form. Other co-authors who wish to register may avail of other registration fees.
It is a requirement for an author of each paper to be online during the session in which their paper is presented to take live questions. Attendance will be recorded as this is a requirement for the paper to be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
# Author/Presenter and Full Delegate Fees include the electronic Conference Proceedings.
Payment Methods
Registration can be paid by credit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover) during the online registration process.
If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please note that there is an additional $20 USD service charge which will be applied to the total charge to be transferred. It is necessary to complete payment by wire transfer by 22 November at the latest to ensure that the funds are received prior to the event. Please send a copy of the wire transfer confirmation to [email protected] to facilitate allocation against your registration.
Confirmation of Registration / Invoice
A confirmation of registration with link to invoice is issued automatically by email from the registration site after submitting registration.
If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
Cancellation Policy
No refund/cancellation.
An attendee may substitute someone else to attend in his/her place, subject to requesting this in writing by 29 November 2021 to [email protected] and agreement by Registration Chair.
